All About Pole Fitness Studios® Classes:

To book or change your class timings, call or SMS Angela on 0404 860 265. We offer flexible attendance, you don’t need to commit to only one day or time slot, you can mix it up depending on your availability!

Pick a time that suits your schedule based on your pole skill level:

  • Foundation Training – New Students / Fresh Start
  • Beginner – Beginner Training after your first grading
  • Level 1 & 2 – Intermediate & Advanced Training

Class duration – 50 minutes. No prior exercise experience is necessary. Pole Fitness Studios caters to all body shapes and sizes and any fitness level. Personalized lessons are available by appointment on days and at times when there are no scheduled classes. Checkout our pricing options for personal training or workshop sessions. PFS reserves the right to close timetable times when required.
