1What If I have never done pole before?
That's ok! We cater to all levels and absolutely no experience is necessary to start learning. Attend a Free Trial Class with no obligations and see the studio, meet the instructor and have a go before you commit to a term with us.
2How do I start?
Start with our Foundation Classes! They are offered most days of the week, check out the timetable to get started or call us if you need help. Foundation classes are designed to teach you the basics, get you used to the lingo and prepare you for the next level making sure you are ready and comfortable.
3Is Pole Fitness a good workout?
Yes! Calisthenics training using the pole means you will body sculpt in the most ideal way tailored to your specific needs. The pole maximizes your flexibility and strength!
4Is it difficult to learn Pole Gymnastics?
The Pole Fitness Studios program has been designed for all ages, body shapes and sizes and any fitness level. It is a lot easier to learn the basic structure of the program, it's a challenge to master. However, you can practice in the class at your own pace: Anaerobic or aerobic: it's your choice!
5Will I have my own pole during the class?
Pole Fitness Studios provides a spinning pole per person and classes run for 50 minutes. We have 11 poles in our studio, so class sizes are limited. Your workout is assisted by the pole, it offers support and stability and helps you move your body weight around.
6How do I book in?
Simply book your classes online Message or call Angela on 0404860265.
7What should I wear?
No shoes are worn in a Pole Fitness class. Fitted shorts with a singlet or T-shirt. Shorts are worn because your thigh grip is necessary to help hold up your body weight. Tracksuit pants can be worn over the top through warm up.
8Do you have classes for Men or Children?
Yes we do! Like all other new students, our male pole gymnasts also start with our Foundation Classes. Our Pole Gymnastics program is currently being enjoyed by children and families together! We offer training to children age 6years and above. Explore our special pricing deals for our young students.
9What's your refund policy?
We do not issue refunds or put holds on memberships. The money collected may not be transferred or substituted for another class or member.
