  • Pole Fitness Studios offers a program like no other. We suggest you try not to think about your first class, just do it! With friendly staff and a relaxed environment, you will find this is the most fun you've had in ages!
  • Your workout is assisted by the pole, it offers support and stability and helps you move your body weight around.
  • It is a lot easier to learn the basic structure of the program, it's a challenge to master.
  • Anaerobic or aerobic its your choice, meaning you can take the class at your own unique pace.
  • The program has been designed for all ages, body shapes and sizes and any fitness level.
  • PFS® offers a spinning pole per person and classes run for 1 full hour. We have an 11 pole studio!
  • Drinks and health snacks are available.
  • PFS® sportswear available incl. T-shirts and exercise shorts.
  • For your comfort, a New Beginners class twice a week on the PFS® timetable, to get you started. Designed to teach you the hand, thigh and ankle grips and the PFS® basics allowing you, at your own pace, to join the mixed level open class times... You will always be reminded of the basics in every class!
