Static and stationary. Your spinning pole will quickly become stationary by tightening the top screw against the flat part of the pole with a screwdriver. (Click here for installation instructions.)

Yes when installed correctly.
Are there any holes or marks?
None on the floor or the ceiling, if your roof is concrete nothing is left. If your roof is gyprock we recommend screwing at least 2 screws into the roof. These are only small and can be easy filled when moving or hidden with a smoke detector if required.
