Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced Accelerator Workshops are a great way to sharpen your Pole Fitness skills, understand your existing grade level and receive the appropriate coloured Pole Fitness Studios logo sweat band.
Strength and Flex Workshop will enhance your body conditioning; improving flexibility and strength in all parts of your body. An awesome pole preparation session for beginner students, at the same time offering an intensive body conditioning treatment for all fitness levels.
Connector 1 and 2 Workshops for advanced students who wish to better connect the exercises into a routine to remember. (Only available after you have attended the Accelerator workshops or equivalent Pole Fitness Studios grade level.)

Beginner Accelerator Workshop
Strength and Flex Workshop will enhance your body conditioning; improving flexibility and strength in all parts of your body. Perfect pole preparation for students with no pole experience, at the same time offering an intensive body conditioning treatment for all fitness levels.
Mastering of basic 'Beginner level' exercises focusing on:
- Handstands
- Flips incl. Exits and Top 5 Extensions
- Climbing
- Lock and Holds
- All Pole Fitness Studios Spin disciplines.
Intermediate Accelerator Workshop
Introduction to 'Intermediate level' exercises focusing on:
- All Pole Fitness Studios Flip disciplines.
- All Pole Fitness Studios Climb disciplines.
- All Pole Fitness Studios Handstand disciplines.
Advanced Accelerator Workshop
Introduction to 'Advanced level' exercises focusing on:
- Flip Extensions
- Handstand Extensions
- All Pole Fitness Studios Lock and Hold disciplines.
Connector Workshop 1
Create a routine/connect and combine 'Intermediate level' exercises using:
- All Pole Fitness Studios Disciplines
- Learn an Intermediate routine.
Connector Workshop 2
Create a routine/connect and combine 'Advanced level' exercises using:
- All Pole Fitness Studios Disciplines
- Learn an Advanced routine.
Strength and Flex Enhancer Workshop
All fitness levels welcome, purely focusing on:
- Strength building pole exercises
- Strength building floor exercises
- Stretch enhancing pole exercises
- Stretch enhancing floor exercises
