Pole fitness class levels
No prior exercise experience is necessary, Pole Fitness Studios caters to all body shapes and sizes and any fitness level.
Beginner classes
Pole Fitness Studios beginner classes will slowly introduce and condition your body to the entire program. During the Beginner program, you will learn to hang, climb, lock, flip and spin and much more on the pole, almost forgetting you are exercising at all. In your first one hour lesson you will learn hand, thigh and ankle grips as well as about six different circus style pole fitness exercises.
There are no routines to learn or steps to remember. You are constantly reminded of your technique in every class.
Beginners are welcome to attend the Beginner classes listed on the timetable every
week on Tuesdays at 8.30pm and Thursdays at 7.30pm. between 2 to 6 classes for you
to feel comfortable and ready to attend Open 1 Classes.

Intermediate and advanced classes
Intermediate and advanced classes are held as "Open Classes". This ensures all levels have a constant reminder of technique and all levels get to see what more advanced exercises and extensions are to come.
You are welcome to try these when you are ready. Open 1 classes focus on Beginners and Intermediate levels; offering a broader range of pole exercises as well as extensions, on the exercises already learned in the New Beginner sessions.
Open 2 classes focus on Intermediate and Advanced levels; offering a broader range of pole exercises as well as extensions, on the exercises already learned in Open 1 sessions. Pole Fitness works out the entire body, strengthening and stretching and body sculpting your muscles at the same time. It's a fun and easy to maintain and sculpt your body, while enhancing your natural vertical pole gymnastics flare.
Our unique approach to pole fitness gives you the skills to combine any of the pole exercises you learn in any order you like and allows you to easily incorporate any form of dance into your routine.
