- Welcome to the Pole Fitness® Beginner Program at Pole Fitness Studios.
- You will be busy learning to Hang, Climb, Lock, Flip and Spin and much more on the pole, almost forgetting you are exercising at all!
- In your first 1 hour lesson you will learn your hand, thigh and ankle grips as well as about 6 different circus style Pole Fitness® exercises!
- No exercise experience is necessary, Pole Fitness® cater to all body shapes and sizes and any fitness level.
- PFS® new beginner classes will slowly introduce and condition your body to the entire program!
- There are no routines to learn or steps to remember. You are constantly reminded of your technique in every class. At Pole Fitness Studios® we pride ourselves at technique fitness training.
- Beginners are welcome to attend the New Beginner classes on the timetable every week on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8pm. It may take between 1 – 4 of these New Beginner classes to be comfortable and ready for you to attend the many ‘Open Classes’ on the timetable.
