Angela Perry

Angela Perry is a qualified fitness instructor and exercise physiologist with over a decade of experience as a vertical pole gymnast and more than 20 years' professional experience as an acrobat and dancer.

A world leader in the science of fitness training, she has substantial practical and theoretical experience in the study of movement, performance and function and applies the sciences of biomechanics, anatomy, physiology, psychology, and neuroscience to her vertical pole fitness programs, revolutionising this exciting sport.
